build(deps): 更新依赖并添加 PHPSpec 支持

- 添加 Symfony polyfill-php84依赖
- 更新 rector/rector 至最新版本
- 添加 PHPSpec 相关配置和依赖
- 更新 composer.json 配置
- 调整项目结构，添加 spec 目录作为测试源
