这里的逻辑是先跳转到 http://hyperf-admin.daodao.run/api/upload/ossprivateurl?key=oss/1/export_task/xxxxx.csv, 由接口 `api/upload/ossprivateurl` 生成临时的下载地址, 也就是我们需要此接口的权限, 如下操作即可

勾选接口后, 点击提交, 并清理权限缓存
